All, our rules currently state that trades involving free agents signed in the summer cannot be completed until after the season starts. However, given that every player will have been a free agent, should we make a one-time exception?

Im okay with waiting but opening trades would add an extra layer of strategy. Could add more work to the commissioners to keep track of the moving picks and players. I mostly considered the trade since I missed out on bidding for Kyrie.

Anti trading right now. Let the FA finish and go from there.

Yeah no trades until a later date.
League is still in embryonic stages
My vote is open trading a week before league opening day. Approximately 2 weeks from now

I think we have to wait until FA is over. Starting now is going to skew salary numbers, devalue picks, and possibly inflate salaries. Let’s get teams in place before we start trading.

I’ll use that kyrie trade as a baseline. That pick could end up number 1 or it could end up number 20. Are you really trading kyrie for anything outside the top 10? No.
Let’s wait, get full rosters, let teams assess, then go from there.
