He was dropped on ESPN, but no post on here. Therefore, he is a FA.

Only when a player is waived on proboards are they considered a free agent. Since ESPN doesn't allow you to use IR spots on guys that aren't injured, but we don't have that, teams will have to just "drop" players in ESPN to activate those on "IR"

There’s nothing in the rules describing this.. I’d add it in before more people try to do it.

It’s literally rule number 1 under waivers: giveandgo.proboards.com/thread/9/waiver-buyout-rulesESPN doesn’t allow you to add players to IR if they’re not injured. However, we do allow players to be placed on IR for any reason. ESPN IR = injures reserved. Only injured players can be put on IR on the espn platform. Give and Go IR = inactive reserve. Any player, regardless of injury status can be placed on IR as long as they remain on IR for one week. Therefore, if you put a guy on IR who is not injured, you’d have to drop them on ESPN.

Seattle owns John Collins. These bids are invalid OK but why is he on the FA list in ESPN?? Because he wasn't yet considered "OUT" on ESPN, therefore he is marked ineligible (in their system) to be moved to IR. However, we DO NOT FOLLOW the ESPN system for IR. Any player can be put on IR in our league, whether they're injured or not. Since they can't be on the IR as a healthy player in ESPN, the owner has to drop the player from their ACTIVE ESPN roster. I'll be honest, I didn't think this would cause an issue. I've been in leagues before that have run like this, and I know others here have as well. Not to mention if someone is curious about a player, they can just do a quick search on this site in the FA section to see if that player has been bid on and won. We currently have zero players that have been waived, so it should be incredibly easy for owners to see who's still available.
